Mona inama.


Ñombe ujila amba, “Moo.”

The cow says, “Moo.”

Iŋombe aiti, “Moo.”


Mbuzhi ujili amba, “Mee, mee.”

The goat says, “Meh, meh.”

Imbushi aiti, “Meh, meh.”


Mbongolo wamba amba, “Neeeee.”

The horse says, “Neigh.”

Kabalwe ati, “Neei.”


Nkumba wamba amba, “Ggggrrrrr.”

The pig says, “Grunt.”

Inkumba aiti, “Gru, gru.”


Nzolo wamba amba, “Koookoookooo.”

The chicken says, “Cluck.”

Inkoko aiti, “Ko, ko, ko.”


Kabwa baboza amba, “Booobooo.”

The dog says, “Woof.”

Imbwa aiti, “Boo, boo.”


Njimi wamba amba, “Shhh!”

The farmer says, “Shhh!”

Umulimi ati, “Shii!”
